Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives that aligns with company’s goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and define target audiences, evaluate
opportunities, trends and competitive analysis for informed decisions. - Organize, manage and coordinate events, campaigns and exhibitions across multiple channels to
maximize reach and impact. - Monitor and report on spending to ensure marketing activities remain within budget.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing events and initiatives and prepare detailed
reports on marketing performance including recommendations for improvements to Marketing
Department Head/Senior Management. - Develop marketing plans to achieve the company’s marketing goal and drive growth.
- Work closely with internal or external designers and copywriters to design marketing materials
and corporate websites. - Oversee and review creative content for marketing materials, website and social media accounts
such as LinkedIn, including social media posting schedule. - Attending meetings and liaising with clients, suppliers, or external outsourced service providers.
- Address customers inquires and feedback to enhance satisfaction and address any issues arise.
- Create brand awareness and brand acceptance, including developing and maintaining brand
positioning and message. - Produce and presents regular updates, information, and reports to the marketing department
heads. - Coordinates with team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives, and to
guide and support junior colleagues. - Perform any other duties reasonably assigned.
Qualifications & Experience :
Education/ experience:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business/ commerce/ economics/ finance, communications,
public relations, or related/ equivalent experience. - At least 2 years of proven experience in the marketing field/ business/ creative content/
communication/ market research/ public relation/ sales/ customer relations, or related/
equivalent field. - Good knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

environment. - Willingness to listen and guide, team player at the same time able to work independently.
- Strong attention to details.
- Event and/ or project management experience; with the ability to ideate, lead, and execute a
