At Nextgreen, we recognize the critical role of our manufacturing team in advancing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across our operations. To support this, the ESG 101 Workshop was specially designed to enhance understanding among our employees on-site on the importance of ESG and its applications to their daily operations.
The workshop highlighted how ESG principles align with operational excellence, including areas such as sustainable resource use, compliance with environmental standards, and ethical workplace practices. It also addressed topics like the role of manufacturing teams in achieving accurate data collection for materiality assessments and navigating ESG controversies such as greenwashing.
By equipping our manufacturing employees with this knowledge, we aim to empower them to integrate ESG values into their processes, fostering a culture of sustainability and accountability on the production floor.
