The Nextgreen Knowledge Fair 2024 was a dynamic two-day event held at the Green Technology Park (GTP), designed to deepen employee understanding of the GTP concept and familiarize them with the company’s business operations and practices. This engaging event brought together staff members from various departments and subsidiaries, including supervisors, technicians, operators, boilermen, executives, engineers, managers, and team leaders.
Participating departments, such as R&D, Sustainability, Quality Control, Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (OSHE), and Nextgreen Fertilizers, each set up their own booths to showcase and explain topics pertinent to their roles and responsibilities. The fair also featured interactive games and quizzes that effectively engaged employees, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility among participants.
