Mr. Chan Wan Siew was appointed to the Board of our Company on 23 September 2024. He currently holds several key roles on board and board committees, including serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee at SGX-listed Audience Analytics Ltd and Chairman of Perpetual Trustees Berhad. He is the President of Business Transitions Asia Sdn Bhd and the Malaysian Alliance of Corporate Directors (MACD), which he co-founded in 2009. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) and serves in various advisory roles, such as Global IIRC Ambassador for the International Integrated Reporting Council, UK, ESG Exchange Advisory Committee, South Africa, FutureBoards, SA, Norway and Advisory Member to the Board of Governors of TAR University of Management & Technology.

Mr. Chan has contributed extensively to various professional bodies and NGOs and has previously served on the board of several companies. He is representing the Malaysian Alliance of Corporate Directors (MACD), played a key role as one of the eight inaugural members in the formation of the GNDI on 12 December 2012, in Wellington, New Zealand. Today, GNDI has grown to include 26 institutional members, representing over 180,000 individual members worldwide.

Mr. Chan is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of several professional bodies, such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), the Chartered Governance Institute (FCIS/FCG), and CPA Australia (FCPA). He is also a NACD Governance Fellow and Board Leadership Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors, USA, and a Life Member of Ascend Pinnacle Asian Corporate Directors, USA.

He is the Chairman of Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit, Governance and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee. He has no conflict of interest with the Company. He has not been convicted for any offences within the past five years other than traffic offences, if any.
