The Institut Latihan Perindustrian (ILP) Kuantan organized an educational visit to our flagship industrial park, Green Technology Park (GTP) in Pekan, Pahang, with a total of 34 students and 6 instructors participating. The students, who are currently enrolled in the Teknologi Penyelenggaraan Mekanikal course, were given the opportunity to explore various aspects of industrial operations.
During the visit, the group took a guided tour of our pulp and paper manufacturing facility, where they gained valuable insights into our bio-integrated zero-waste concept. They learned about the strategies we implement to transform waste into valuable green products, as well as our commitment to recycling and maximizing resource efficiency. The students were particularly impressed by our dedication to the zero-waste concept and circular economy practices.
Additionally, the visitors explored our greenhouse, witnessing firsthand how we cultivate fruits and vegetables using our innovative biofertilizer. They were also introduced to Nextgreen’s range of products, including EFB-based pulp and paper, innovative food packaging solutions, and oil palm-based fertilizers.
We are thrilled by the interest and enthusiasm displayed by the students during this visit. Our aim was to inspire them and provide practical, hands-on exposure to industrial training, and we believe this experience left a lasting impression on all participants. |
