Nextgreen Global Berhad has become one of the key investors in PLANMalaysia@Kelantan initiative, contributing to the realisation of the Special Area Plan Development Project (RKK) in Bandar Dato’ Bentara Gua Musang, Kelantan. The Groundbreaking Ceremony of the RKK, Bandar Dato’ Bentara Gua Musang was completed by YAB Dato’ Bentara Kanan Ustaz Dato’ Haji Ahmad bin Yakob, Chief Minister of Kelantan.
In conjunction with the event, a shareholding agreement exchange ceremony for the oil palm biomass Collection and Processing Centre (CPC) was witnessed by YB Dato’ Haji Mohd Amar Bin Abdullah, the Deputy Chief Minister of Kelantan, YB Dato’ Kaya Setia Dato’ Haji Nazran Bin Muhammad, the Kelantan state secretary, and YAB Tuan Haji Abdul Rashid Bin Mohd Yusoff, CEO of Menteri Besar Kelantan Corporation.
We are proud to work with PMBK to promote sustainable development including the development of the industries sector within the RKK, with a particular focus on Mahalla 3. Our development plans include the establishment of the CPC, Pulp Mill, Animal Feed, and Organic Fertilizer plant. These developments in the industrial area of Bandar Dato’ Bentara will help contribute to Kelantan’s environmental and socioeconomic sustainability in the long term and Nextgreen’s corporate commitment towards environmental responsibility.
