Ms. Lim Kah Yee was appointed to the Board on 30 December 2022. She joined Nextgreen Global Berhad in 2019 as Executive Assistant to Managing Director and was promoted to Head of Marketing responsible for crafting and implementing the company’s marketing, communications strategies and plans, and identifying new business opportunities.

Her responsibilities comprise overseeing market research, corporate branding and involve in delivering organisation’s brand message to stakeholders. Her other responsibilities include strengthening organisational culture and HR strategies by developing the company’s core values and staff engagement programmes, overseeing the company’s community investment project, and driving the objective of the company in social responsibility.

She has no conflict of interest with the Company. She has not been convicted for any offences within the past five years other than traffic offences, if any
