Nextgreen’s headquarters employees had participated in an enlightening Tea & Learn session facilitated by the HR department. The purpose of this activity was to foster stronger connections among employees and embody the company’s core values of “Passion, People, and Value Creation.” During the session, they had an enjoyable time discovering each other’s personalities and gaining insights into the unique roles and passions of each department.
