Nextgreen had the privilege of hosting team members from the Packaging and Security Design Centre of SIRIM Berhad at our flagship Green Technology Park (GTP) for an insightful factory visit. The tour, led by our R&D Assistant Manager, Dr. Tengku Arisyah, featured an engaging presentation on Nextgreen’s innovative approach to pulp and paper manufacturing using Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB).
The visit focused on showcasing the potential of EFB-based pulp and paper as sustainable alternatives. We highlighted our technology that transforms oil palm biomass into high-quality pulp and paper products, emphasizing the environmental benefits of this renewable resource.
This visit served as an excellent platform for exchanging insights on sustainable materials in manufacturing and printing. The discussions with the SIRIM team explored opportunities for collaboration and innovation in advancing green practices within the pulp and paper industry.
We are proud to share our journey and commitment to sustainability while fostering partnerships with industry leaders. We look forward to furthering this dialogue and collaborating on initiatives that contribute to a greener future.
